Sepideh Moafi clears up beef rumors with 'The Pitt' co-star Noah Wyle
Sepideh Moafi finally addresses rumors of her feud with 'The Pitt' co-star Noah Wyle
Sepideh Moafi has finally addressed the rumors of her feud with The Pitt co-star Noah Wyle.
Speaking to Variety on Wednesday, the 40-year-old actress shut down the rumor that there is any animosity between her and Noah.
“Absolutely not,” Sepideh responded when she asked about her beef with Noah. “I do not have that power. We’re really great colleagues."
She further said, "Noah and I have always had a great working relationship, which is why it actually felt safe to do the darker, dirtier work in episode 15, particularly because, between setups, we were shooting the sh-t and laughing.”
“So that’s completely false that there’s a personal sort of beef or rivalry between us, at least not that I’m aware of,” added the Black Bird actress. “You can check with Noah, but I don’t know about this.”
For those unversed, the rumors of a feud between Sepideh and Noah began circulating after the actress joined the second season of HBO Max's hit The Pitt as Dr. Baran Al-Hashimi, who comes in as an interim replacement for the actor’s Dr. Robby.
Elsewhere in the same interview, Sepideh also confirmed that she is returning for the upcoming third season of The Pitt.
“At the moment, I am. I’m not sure to what capacity,” she said with a laugh. “I’m positive, I think? Nothing is clear to me as to what’s happening with the story, how many episodes, all that, but I am coming back.”
