King Charles reportedly spent the Bank Holiday weekend staying just steps away from his younger brother Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.

On Sunday, His Majesty was photographed arriving at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk in his electric Lotus Eletre. The property sits next to Marsh Farm, where Andrew has reportedly been living since last month.

However, the reports suggest that the monarch is not expected to meet with him, despite the brothers being neighbours for the weekend.

This comes after Thames Valley Police issued a fresh statement regarding its ongoing misconduct in public office investigation linked to Andrew.

Authorities confirmed they are continuing to examine allegations of sexual misconduct as part of the inquiry.

Thames Valley Police Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said, "Our misconduct in public office investigation is continuing. Misconduct in public office is a crime that can take different forms, making this a complex investigation."

"Our team of very experienced detectives are working meticulously through a significant amount of information that has come in from the public and other sources. We are committed to conducting a thorough investigation into all reasonable lines of enquiry, wherever they may lead," Oliver Wright added.
