Kylie Jenner explains why she's 'so protective' of her personal life

Kylie Jenner finally explained why she is "so protective" of her personal life as her romance with actor Timothée Chalamet continues to draw attention.

During the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 28-year-old reality star said, "I have to live my life."

“I can’t live for whatever everyone else wants me to do,” continued the makeup mogul. “I just have to try to do what’s best for me every day.”

Kylie further said, “I know that fame has absolutely shaped me from experiencing these things since I was nine."

"But I guess I also wouldn’t know who I would be today without growing up like this. I’m just navigating through life," she added.

It is pertinent to mention that Kylie rose to fame after starring in E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians from 2007 to 2021.

After welcoming a daughter, Stormi, with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott in 2018, the businesswoman stepped away from the limelight. The former couple called it quits in 2023, a year after welcoming their second child, son Aire.

“They’ve never seen her so happy and they love the qualities Timothée brings out in her,” the insider told US Weekly at that time.

 “She can totally be herself, and she’s much more laid back with him than she’s been in past relationships," she added.
