LAHORE
A new westerly wave, which is going to stay in the Northern Areas for the next 24 hours have increased the chill in the provincial capital here Thursday.
As per Met office, westerly wave is affecting Northern Area and likely to persist during next 24 hours. Met officials predicted mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country. However, they also predicted more rain with snowfall over the hills at isolated places of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. The officials added that foggy conditions are likely over plain areas.
