LAHORE
Partly cloudy weather with chances of rain is expected in the provincial metropolis on Thursday (today).Westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist during next 24 to 36 hours.
Rain (with snowfall over the hills) occurred at scattered places in upper KP, upper FATA and Kashmir. Weather remained cold and dry in other parts of the country. In the next 24 hours, scattered rain-thunderstorm (with snowfall over the hills) is expected in upper KP (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan divisions), upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha divisions), Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Lahore, Faisalabad and Kohat divisions.
