‘India involved in systematic genocide of Kashmiris’
ISLAMABAD: All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) Chairman Syed Ali Gilani has said that India with the help of local collaborators was carrying out genocide of the Kashmiri people in a systematic way for the past many decades.
In a statement issued in Srinagar, he condemned the recent massacre in Kupwara and said that India had perpetrated the gruesome killings to divert attention of the world community from the heinous crimes. Kashmir Media Service reported.
He pointed out that Indian police were hand in glove with army for the sake of rewards and medals.He also held pro India parties like PDP, NC and Congress equally responsible for such crimes against humanity.
Hurriyet leaders Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Syeda Aasiya Andrabi, Ummat-e-Islami Chief Qazi Yasir and Kashmir Centre for Social and Development Studies in their separate statements called upon the international community to press India to release the Handwara girl and her family members immediately.
