EU envoy calls on CM

LAHORE
Ambassador-designate of European Union, Jean Francois Cautain called on Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday.
According to a handout, matters of mutual interest, promotion of economic and trade relations with European Union and increase in cooperation in different sectors were discussed in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that cooperation of European Union in education, health, infrastructure and other social sectors was highly appreciable. He said Pakistan’s exports had increased after granting of GSP Plus status to the country. Jean Francois Cautain said that European Union wanted to promote cooperation with Pakistan.
