The Baloch Colony police said Abdul Ghafoor had married the mother of the Amin Hashim and on Saturday he allegedly strangled his stepson after some arguments with his wife and Amin and escaped.
The police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of the mother of the child and were conducting raids for his arrest.
