The BRT chaos
March 13, 2019
This is to request PM Imran Khan to personally oversee Peshawar’s BRT project’s work-in-progress as residents believe that the responsible staff is unable to handle the project efficiently. Every day, new changes are being added to the original design, causing further delay to the project.
Even after the lapse of two years, the project has not been completed. The recent heavy rains have wreaked havoc to the transportation system of the city mostly due to the ill-planning of the BRT and its drainage system.
