KARACHI: Pakistan Sunni Tahreek (PST) leader Sarwat Ejaz Qadri has said that prisons and fake cases cannot deter them following the path of tahafuz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH). He said the government should release his party workers or they will pick a tough line.
He demanded the Supreme Court to notice these arrests. He said Muslims should unite to the challenges facing them and Pakistan. He said peace in Pakistan is not possible without sustainable peace in Afghanistan. He said Pakistan and other Muslim states should work for legislation at the UN against blasphemy of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and other holy personalities, and Quran and other divine books. He said the government is targeting all seminaries instead of singling out troublemakers. He said the SC should send Mumtaz Qadri case to Sharia Court.
