SUKKUR: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah on Saturday said that the PML-N government had completely failed in resolution of the power crisis, for which the leadership of PML-N had made promises with masses during the election campaign.
Talking to the media here in Sukkur on Saturday, he said that the nation still suffering from torture of loadshedding. He added that the federal government did not fulfill the promises of resolving the power crisis made during the election campaign. He said there was now 50 percent more loadshedding in urban and rural areas than the PPP regime.
He said the media also sensationalised the loadshedding issue when the PPP was in the central government, but now the same media was not highlighting the issue properly. The PPP leader said the cases can be filed against Shahbaz Sharif and former law minister Rana Sanaullah if they were acquitted in the investigation of the Model Town incident. Talking about the Axact degrees scandal, he said that he had demanded a judicial probe.
Shah said that PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in his statement had made it clear that Bilawal Bhutto will be among the people very soon.
