818 cases registered for violation of Section 144 in Lahore

LAHORE: Police registered 818 cases against violation of Section 144 and arrested 1,095 people during the last 24 hours.
Police released 209 people on warning. Since the start of the lockdown, collectively 5,663 cases were registered under violation of section 144 whereas 153 cases were registered against violation of price control and hoardings act.
