Due to an outbreak of the Delta variant, the Ziauddin University Examination Board (ZUEB) on Saturday extended the date of the annual examinations 2021 of the matric and intermediate classes.
According to a spokesperson for the ZUEB, the exams would be held from August 11 at the examination centres that were selected by the board earlier. Therefore, the examination forms could be submitted by July 28 along with the exam fee and late fees of Rs2,500.
The board also clarified that no further extension in the submission of exam forms would be allowed after July 28. The board officials were committed to conduct transparent examinations and eradicate all possibilities of cheating and the use of unfair means during the exams. A barcode would be printed on all the answer sheets which would be checked through computers and manually. Also, the board would ensure strict compliance with SOPs for the coronavirus.
