Sanitation operation over in Nowshera Cantt

NOWSHERA: The staff kept the Nowshera Cantonment neat and clean during the Eidul Azha festival by carrying out the sanitation operation.

Station Commander Brigadier Aamir Rasheed and Executive Officer Zoofishan Manzoor monitored the disposal of the offal of the sacrificial animals.

The sanitary staff members performed duties during the festival despite official holidays. They lifted offal and animal wastes from streets, bazaars using small and heavy vehicles.

The sacrificial animal wastes were removed and dumped accordingly at the designated points. The localities were washed with water and sprayed with lime.

Among the sanitary staff was Chief Sanitary Officer Aamir Azeem, Aqiqus Zaman, Mohamamd Inaam, and Sher Muhammad.

The people lauded the Station commander, executive officer and the sanitation staff for the arrangements made to keep Nowshera Cantt neat and clean.
