Notice issued to SHO over poor cleanliness

LAHORE:Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore, Additional IG Ghulam Mahmood Dogar paid a surprise visit to Police Station Ghaziabad on Friday.

CCPO Lahore inspected front desk, reporting and record room, lockup, attendance of the staff and cleanliness of the police station. He expressed his displeasure over the poor conditions of cleanliness in the police station.

Dogar reprimanded SHO and Incharge Investigation Ghaziabad and ordered the concerned officers to issue both with the show cause notices on unsatisfactory performance. He appreciated the performance of DSP CIA Danish Ranjha. SHO Ghaziabad briefed the CCPO Lahore regarding the performance of the police station. Dogar said that police stations are the face of the department and it should be our top priority to promote merit and provide justice to the citizens.
