Shehbaz meets AJK PM to muster support for election
LAHORE: PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif voiced hope that the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) will once again repose their confidence in the PML-N under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif.
The hard work and dedication of Raja Farooq Haider and his team to save the people from the Corona was commendable, he said. Shehbaz said this while meeting the Prime Minister of Independent State of Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider here on Saturday.
Shehbaz lauded Raja Farooq Haider and his team for their hard work in rescuing the people from the Corona epidemic. He said that the Kashmiris on both sides of the LoC consider PML-N as their true trustee to safeguard interests and ideology of Kashmiris.
The brave people of Kashmir will continue their struggle till the attainment of their inalienable right to referendum and freedom, he said, and asked the party president to get ready for the upcoming elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider also discussed issues related to party candidates in the elections.
