‘Incidents of mysterious disappearance regrettable’
CHITRAL: Awami National Party leader Hussain Shah Yousafzai has said that incidents of mysterious disappearance of people in the country is regrettable and against the Constitution.
“Awarding punishment is the responsibility of courts under the relevant laws, not of individual and other institutions,” he said this while talking to the media here on Thursday.
ANP activists Eidul Hussain, Syed Muzaffar Jan, Syed Abid Jan and others were also present.
Hussain Shah Yousafzai said that thousands of people had gone missing since long and their near and dear ones were waiting for their return but the government and state had turned a blind eye towards this human issue.
He came down hard on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government, saying that the incapable rulers had mortgaged the country with the international financial institutions and rendered millions of people jobless.
