NOWSHERA: Bodies of two young women were found separately in the district on Monday, an official said.
Sub-Inspector Saleem Khan said that he received a call from a local informing about a body of a young woman dumped in Sheikh Ahmed graveyard in Kheshgi. “The identity of the slain woman, who was 23-year-old and had been strangled to death, could not be ascertained after she was shifted to the hospital for autopsy,” the official said.
Meanwhile, a police party headed by Assistant Sub-Inspector Amir Khan received a call that another body of a young woman was found on the bank of the Kabul river. “She was strangled to death and the body was shifted to the hospital for medico-legal formalities,” an official said.
