Ehsan Malik, CEO will retire on October 31 2015 after 24 years of exemplary service including 9 years in his current role. Under his leadership, the Pakistan business grew four times in size.
Shazia Syed, currently Chairperson Unilever Sri Lanka will take over the role of CEO Unilever Pakistan Limited. Shazia joined Unilever Pakistan as a Management Trainee in 1989. In her 26 years with the organization, she has worked across most Unilever categories and was the VP Customer Development Unilever Pakistan. As Chairperson at Unilever Sri Lanka, Shazia Syed set the business on a growth trajectory, and the Unilever Pakistan business will benefit from her varied experience.***
