Will PM punish those behind sugar, flour crisis, asks PPPP
ISLAMABAD: Secretary Information Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Dr. Nafisa Shah Saturday said the people who created sugar crisis and minted money were exposed as the financial facilitators of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In a statement, Dr. Nafisa Shah asked Imran Khan if he will act against his deputy in the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf.
“Imran Khan's cronies have been caught stealing red-handed, so will he cut their hands as per the principle of Riasat-e-Madina?”
Dr. Shah said the person who was known to level baseless accusations at the opposition was also exposed as the patron of looters and plunders of peoples' hard-earned money.
She alleged that Jahangir Tareen who spent billions on Imran Khan to become prime minister had taken back those amounts with interest.
She said Imran Khan's cronies had also been exposed as creators of wheat crisis in the country.
"These are the people headed by Jahangir Tareen who facilitated Imran Khan to come to power and they also bought loyalties of members of National and Punjab assemblies to form the government of PTI," Dr. Nafisa Shah said.
