The Fata province

It seems some politicians do not want the merger of Fata with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They claim that the people of Fata have their own common culture. I am from the Bajaur Agency. I share more common interests, culture and boundaries with Dir and Malakand that are part of KP than the north and south Waziristan agencies. Logically, I will be more interested in a merger of Fata with KP.
However, if the need to create more provinces arises in the future it will be seen at that time which district wants to become part of which province. Right now the argument in defence of making Fata a separate province is based more on expediency than prudent thinking.
