Company to spend Rs50m to support corona-affected families
PESHAWAR: The General Petroleum, a manufacturing company of automotive, industrial and marine lubricants, has allocated Rs50 million to support the underprivileged families in the country who lost livelihoods due to the outbreak of coronavirus. A press release said the company would be spending this amount by providing food rations and certain essential healthcare products at their doorsteps to enable them to overcome the crisis caused by the COVID-19. The press release added that the General Petroleum would also contribute towards meeting the needs of neglected areas indicated by other philanthropists.
The management urged the wealthy individuals and companies to realize the urgency of matter and come forward and help their suffering fellow citizens at this critical time.
