Heroes

I salute all our front-line heroes who are helping our communities throughout Pakistan in this unprecedented difficult and critical time. These heroes are the armed forces, the police forces, healthcare workers, pharmacies, utility companies, railways, airlines, Civil Aviation, grocery and vegetable shops, banks, post offices, prisons, firefighting stations, factories producing essential goods and many others. I may have forgotten to include names of some other important organisations.

Our above mentioned heroes are saving lives every day and keeping Pakistan operating. I pray to God that this virus is defeated soon and humanity survives. But once life comes back to normal we should never forget the invaluable services rendered by our heroes and we must give special awards for their services which they rendered bravely in these testing times. I have always found our people very capable, hard working, honest and dedicated to their work. We are equally good if not better in our conduct than many developed nations of the world. This becomes clearer when you have an opportunity to work with a group of people belonging to different countries. Our heroes are proving once again since the crisis of the coronavirus began that we are a brave and responsible nation.
