Water supply from Khanpur Dam to remain suspended

RAWALPINDI: Water supply from Khanpur Dam to Cantonment areas would remain suspended for 10 days due to desilting work from February 01 to 10. Official spokesman, Secretary, RCB, Qaisar Mahmood who is also media manager told that due to desilting work which is carried out annually, water supply from Khanpur would remain suspended in cantonment areas from February 01 to 10. He asked the inhabitants to store water and not to waste it to cover up the entire period of 10 days.
