Insaf Club clinch CSL title in UAE
AJMAN, United Arab Emirates: Insaf Club emerged as champions of the Chinar Super League Season II after beating United Kashmir in the final here at Al-Falah Cricket Ground, says a press release.
A large number of spectators witnessed the thrilling final. Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai Ahmed Amjad Ali was the chief guest on the closing ceremony. He congratulated the organising committee on successful hosting of the event. He added that Jammu Kashmir Journalist Forum also made all-out efforts to make this league a success. The chief guest said that events like Chinar Super League are healthy activities and are need of the hour.
Imran Sardar, owner of the Insaf Club, dedicated the victory to the players and supporters of the club.
Chinar Super League Chairman Raja Asad Khalid thanked all the participating clubs, sponsors, media men and the chief guest. He said the CSL is the biggest league of the UAE in tape-ball cricket and we will continue to preserve this distinction in the future as well. The winners of the league bagged 2,000 UAE Dirham.
