Candlelit vigil for APS martyrs in Cairo

CAIRO: The fifth anniversary of terrorist attack on the Army Public School Peshawar was commemorated in Cairo with candlelit vigil and prayers for the departed souls of martyrs. 

The attack on innocent children and valiant faculty members had become a turning point in the fight against terrorism in Pakistan, which culminated in liquidation of terrorists and elimination of their hideouts from the remote areas. 

Ambassador Mushtaq Ali Shah paid tributes to the services rendered by the armed forces in eliminating terrorism.
