ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Tuesday failed to submit its reply to former finance minister Miftah Ismail’s petition seeking post-arrest bail in the LNG agreement reference. A division bench of Islamabad High Court, comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Aamer Farooq, heard the bail plea. Justice Athar Minallah asked as to why the NAB was not submitting its reply and noted that a notice had been served on the anti-graft body but no response had been submitted so far. The court allowed and adjourned the hearing till December 17.
