Roza-e-Rasool keys carrier meets Shujaat, Pervaiz

LAHORE:Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) Kaleed Bardar (keys carrier) Sheikh Noori Muhammad Ali met with Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) president and former prime minister Ch Shujaat Hussain and Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Pervaiz Elahi at their residence here on Monday.

On this occasion, Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema, MNAs Moonis Elahi and Salik Hussain, Punjab Minister Hafiz Ammar Yasir, Rasikh Elahi, Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Senator Kamil Ali Agha, Ch Salim Baryaar, Hamesh Khan, Amir Seed Raan, Ch Ansar Ghumman, Ch Javed Chatha, Ahmad Saeed, Sh Saeed Muhammad and Zubair Khan were also present.

Keys carrier Sheikh Noori Muhammad Ali also offered special ‘dua’ for the health of Ch Shujaat Hussain. He said: “He has always received respect and honour in Pakistan, whenever I come to Pakistan I feel as if I am in my own home, house of Chaudhry Brothers is centre of Islamic culture and civilization; this is the reason that they have made special arrangements for imparting of Islamic education to their children.”

He offered special prayers for security and development of Pakistan and expressed his good wishes. Expressing gratitude to Sheikh Noori Muhammad Ali, Ch Shujaat Hussain and Ch Pervaiz Elahi said: “Your arrival in Pakistan and coming to our house is a source of blessing, Pakistanis have special love for the land of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia has always helped Pakistan in difficult circumstances and Pak-Saudi relations are gaining more strength with the passage of time.”

College Rector: Rector FC College Dr James A Tebbe along with a delegation called on acting Governor Ch Pervaiz Elahi at the Governor House here on Monday. The Rector presented shield of annual convocation of the university to the acting governor and apprised him about the education being imparted to the students and also other facilities.

Thanking the Rector, Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that students’ educational activities in the university are quite appreciable and welcome; students are getting better opportunities for academic and other activities, whatever possible I will do for solving the problems confronting the students in educational field. He appreciated the efforts of the Rector and the teachers for providing high standard of education and entertaining facilities in the university.
