Rupee appreciates

The rupee on Friday showed little strength, as dollar supplies equalled the demand in the currency market, dealers said. The rupee closed at 101.70 against the dollar, up three paisas from the previous closing of 101.73 in the interbank market. The rupee was traded at 101.90 for buying and 103.10

The rupee was traded at 101.90 for buying and 103.10 for selling against the dollar in the open market.
