MAO College holds annual athletics

LAHORE: The 45th annual athletics championship 2019 of Government MAO College was organised here at the college campus.

Qamar Waheed Khan, distinguished academician in Physical Education and gifted sportsman himself, opened the games session followed by elegant parade march led by sensational band masters.

The main events included 800 meter and 100 metres races, sack race, ball throw, spoon race, long jump, shot put and chatti race among others. Chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony was Masood-ul-Hassan Bokhari, former principal of the college.

Mohsin Ahsan won the 800m race, M Zulqarnain was shot putt winner, Saad Sultan claimed win in sack race; Ihsanullah won 400m race; Hamza Iqbal was the winner of long jump, and in spoon race Saba Arif was the winners.
