Political Science Deptt gets new chairman

PESHAWAR: Professor Dr A. Z. Hilali has been appointed Chairman of the Department of Political Science, University of Peshawar, for a period of three years.
Dr Hilali is an expert on South Asia, Middle East and nuclear affairs. He has authored a book “US-Pakistan Relationship” and written more than 80 articles in national and international research journals.
He contributed three chapters to edited books and has contribution to World Encyclopedia about Pakistan. Dr Hilali has supervised three PhD and more than 10 MPhil scholars.He has made major contribution to improvement in academic and research activities of the department.
