The Convocation Ceremony of M.A English, M.A Education, M.Ed, B.A, B.Sc and B.Ed Courses was held here on Monday at Bilquis Postgraduate College for Women, PAF Base, Nur Khan.
Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force was the chief guest on the occasion, while Begum Talat Sohail, President Pakistan Air Force Women’s Association (PAFWA) was also present at the occasion. Air Vice Marshal (r) Faaiz Amir, Vice Chancellor Air University, presided over the ceremony.
The chief guest awarded trophy, medals and certificates to the position holders in various disciplines. ‘Quaid-i-Azam Trophy’ for being the best student of the year was awarded to Sara Zainab.
Air Vice Marshal (r) Faaiz Amir, conferred the degrees to 31 students of M.A English, 23 students of M.Ed, 20 students of M.A Education and 382 students of B.Ed courses. Earlier, Mrs Kaukab Ara Nasir, principal of Bilquis Postgraduate College for Women presented the annual report of the college.
