Hafiz Saeed for unity of Muslims

HAFIZABAD: Jamaatud Dawa ameer Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has urged the Muslims to unite to foil conspiracies against Saudi Arabia.
Addressing Tahafuz Harmain Sharifain conference here, he said that Saudi Arabia had understood a conspiracy of the anti-Islam forces to pitch the Muslims against each other. Few years ago, the US along with forces of 40 allied countries intruded into Afghanistan and converted Pakistan into its base, he said, adding that now it had become crystal clear that the US had not fought against terrorists but it was a war against the Muslims. He said that the Muslims should announce unequivocal support to Saudi Arabia, who was a time-tested friend of Pakistan. He said that there was no Shia-Sunni clash in Yemen. He said that the recent statement of Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif had removed some misunderstanding between Pakistan and Gulf states.
