India fanning terrorism in Pakistan: Khurram
RAWALPINDI: Defence Minister Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan has said that India is fanning terrorism in Pakistan through the Afghan soil.
Talking to media persons in Rawalpindi on Thursday he said spreading fake news through media was also one of the strategies of India against Pakistan. He said New Delhi was committing ceasefire violations and targeting the innocent civilians at the Line of Control (LoC) due to its vested interests. He said Pakistan Army is befittingly responding to the Indian unprovoked firing at LoC.
The defence minister said that defence cooperation between Pakistan and China was rapidly increasing. He said Pakistan also enjoyed good relations with Russia and dialogue regarding defence cooperation was in progress with the Russian federation.
Khurram Dastgir said, “Our civilians and armed forces have rendered unrivalled sacrifices in war on terror and now we have to reaffirm our commitment that no one will be allowed to reverse the gains in countering the terrorism. Defence minister said Pakistan had embarked on the road towards development and prosperity after getting rid of the darkness and bloodshed.
