LAHORE: Rana Ikram Rabbani, former opposition leader Punjab, Monday urged the political leadership to protect and promote political tolerance. Rana Ikram said the nation could no longer afford the current style of politics. He said an environment free of bitterness, hostility and confrontation was need of the hour. He called for evolving national consensus over all major issues and urged all the political parties to get united over the interest of Pakistan.
