PU teachers to protest over VC criteria

Federation of All Pakistan University Academic Staff Association (FAPUASA) Punjab chapter has decided to observe black day on Tuesday in universities across the province against the government over eligibility criteria for the appointment of Vice Chancellors (VCs).
According to a press release, in this regard a meeting chaired by General Secretary, FAPUASA Punjab, Dr Muhammad Nauman Aftab and attended by ASA representatives from Government College University (GCU), Punjab University, Lahore, University of Veterinary and Animal Science, University of Engineering and Technology (UET) and Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan was held here on Thursday.
