ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain Sunday administered the oath of offices to senators Pervaiz Rashid and Mushahid Ullah Khan as federal ministers in a ceremony held here at Aiwan e Sadr.
Federal ministers, members of the parliament and senior officials also attended the oath taking ceremony, says a press release.Later, both the newly sworn in ministers Pervaiz Rashid and Mushahid Ullah Khan called on President Mamnoon Hussain.
The president congratulated both the senators on becoming federal ministers and hoped that they would continue to effectively discharging their responsibilities for betterment of the common man.
