Spring festivalconcludes in Miranshah

MIRANSHAH: The first ever spring festival concluded in here on Monday. The security forces and political administration had organised the five-day festival in Miranshah, the administrative headquarters of North Waziristan. Competitions of various sports disciplines were organised during the event.

Political Agent Kamran Afridi was the chief guest on the concluding day of the festival where tribal elders, tribespeople and children were present in a large number. Famous Pashto singers Bakhtiar Khattak, Jamshed, rabab player Shahid Malang and other local singers enthralled the audience.
