LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Friday issued notices to the ministry of interior and provincial government on a petition of Hafiz Muhammad Saeed challenging a ban on, what he called, social welfare activities and freezing of bank accounts of his two organisations, Jamatud Dawa and Falah-i-Insaniat Foundation. Justice Aminuddin directed law officers to submit replies on behalf of the respondent by March 29.
