Abusers' mouths arn't difficult to shut: Shujaat
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain Tuesday said that shutting mouth of those hurling abuses is not difficult and the country cannot withstand politics of clash with institutions.
“Our party is registered as Pakistan Muslim League with Election Commission of Pakistan. We do not believe in politics of hurling abuses or clash with institutions,” he said when former MNA from Kohistan, Mehboobullah Jan, along with his colleagues, joined PML-Q.
Shujaat nominated Mehboobullah Jan as PML-Q KP President and expressed hope that he will play his role in activating the party in the province at all levels.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Tariq Bashir Cheema, Ajmal Khan Wazir, Muhammad Basharat Raja and other leaders were also present.
Shujaat said Pakistan’s foreign policy has failed, as in Saudi Arabia, US president met Afghan president but held no meeting with Prime Minister of Pakistan because of which the country was insulted. “If I were in place of Nawaz Sharif, I would return,” he said.
He condemned Nawaz Sharif and his ministers saying that Pak Army is offering sacrifices in the war against internal and external enemies of the country but a campaign is being run under well-conceived plan to tarnish the image of the army. Modi is committing massacre of Muslim women, children and youth in Indian Held Kashmir, has admitted breaking up Pakistan in 1971, committing interference in Balochistan but Nawaz has not bothered to say a single word against him.
“Nawaz has never mentioned name of Kulbhushan in the United Nations on his speech. Modi had said that this speech was not of Nawaz but of someone else,” he said.
He said even on this, Nawaz had not given shut-up call to Modi. “Nawaz says that whenever he becomes the prime minister someone starts playing Dugduggi against him.
