LAHORE: Dry weather continued to prevail in the city here Wednesday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Met officials said that dry continental air is likely to prevail over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is likely to affect western parts of the country today (Thursday). They predicted that mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas and cold in northern parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in DG Khan, DI Khan, Faisalabad, Zhob, Quetta, Kohat divisions and Fata. No rainfall was recorded at any city across the country.
