Lady Kaviar favouirte to win Super Asset Cup today

LAHORE: The Super Asset Cup is the main race of the day in a card of eight races going to be held at the Lahore Race Club on Sunday.

To be participated by eight ponies, Lady Kaviar is the favouirte in the main cup race while seven are Gawadar Plates and one Sohna Plate.

In the opening race of the day which is in class 7 and division 5, Gambler Boy is the favourite horse from among 16 contestants. In this 1100 metres race, Afzal Choice is believed to be taking the place while a surprise performance might come from On the Spot Win.

The second race in class 7 and division 5, have 17 participants but Zil-e-Huma is seen as the best equine to win the race. Piyara Jutt may cover the 1100 metres as second place while Amer Queen may surprise the other participants.

The third race which is also of 1100 metres is of class 7 and division 4-5 and it has Real Commando with a larger number of followers. From among 14 competitors, Artgal may win the second position with Happiness Moment might come up with an exceptional performance.

The fourth 1100 metres race in class 7 and division 3-4, has Owais-e-Bhakkar, as the best bet. Dollar Box may take place and Aftab Princess may upset the favourites. In this race 17 ponies have been listed for the run.

The fifth race is the Super Asset Cup which is of class 4. This 1600 metres race has eight contesting ponies but Lady Kaviar, Queen Anne and Dardawan are the three ponies that may take the first three positions. But Big Bravo has an outside chance of taking the podium.

The sixth race is Sohna Plate which is in class 5 (6) and will run for 1400 metres. Big Faith is favourite in 15 participating ponies. The second place may go to Dance Alone but Mighty Wings may overshadow everyone.

The seventh race of the day is in Gawadar Plate and seven participants. This class 7 and division 4 race will go for 1400 metres and Dazzling is ecpected to dazzle at the top and would be followed by Alezah’s Star at second place. Love You True may surprise the followers of the game but Thirl N Chill carries an outside chance of doing well.

The final race of the day in race class 7 and division 1-2 have Salam-e-Kaif, is believed to do good in this 1200 metres race. Neeli The Great may come second while and Banjo may ruin the party. But outside chance of good performance is expected from Samore Princess.
