Rains make weather chillier in Punjab

LAHORE: First rain of December accompanied with westerly winds has significantly brought down the maximum temperature in Punjab province Monday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
The rain started early morning and continued till night as some cities witnessed heavy rain while some areas witnessed drizzle.
Met office predicted that rain-thunderstorm with snowfall over the hills is expected at scattered places in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan while at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Fata, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Sahiwal and Zhob divisions.
