OKARA: Sadar police on Saturday booked three people on the charge of stealing soil and making illegal construction on the state land. Accused Qaisar, Sajjad and Mustafa were allegedly found stealing soil from Square No 20 and Acre No 15 and raising illegal construction on the state land.
