Economy and corruption

Corruption halts economic growth of a country. Corruption promotes economic deprivation, creates disillusionment among the majority and gives rise to unrest which can turn into militancy. Any system ridden with corporation will collapse.
It is a cancer which spreads quickly. Having a zero tolerance policy against corruption is necessary if we want our country to progress. This is the reason why many countries, including China, are taking strict action to combat corruption.
