CHARSADDA: Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) head Aftab Sherpao on Saturday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan had admitted that his party lawmakers were inexperienced and the provincial government had failed to deliver in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“The PTI will lose the next general election due to its poor performance,” he said while addressing a public meeting in Mirza Dher here.
QWP provincial head Sikandar Sherpao and other party leaders were also present on the occasion.
Aftab Sherpao called for the early merger of the Fata with KP to bring the tribal areas into the mainstream.
He said that merger of the Fata with KP would stamp out the black laws of the colonial era and it would also open new vistas of developmental and uplift for the tribal people.
While referring to the federal cabinet meeting, Aftab Sherpao said that the federal government should take the allies and stakeholders into confidence over the merger. He said that any solution to the issue except the merger of Fata with KP would not be acceptable.
