Nawaz to visit Sindh soon as Asad Junejo joins PML-N
LAHORE: Asad Junejo – son of former premier late Muhammad Khan Junejo – met Nawaz Sharif at his Raiwind residence on Thursday and announced his decision to join the PML-N.
Nawaz said Sindh was very close to his heart like other federating units, adding that he had great love and affection for the people of Sindh which was a land of Sufis. He also accepted the invitation of Junejo to visit the province. Junejo said stability of Pakistan was linked to the PML-N, adding that Nawaz was a guarantor of development, prosperity and security of the country. He said the people of Sindh were looking towards the ousted PM for the resolution of their collective problems.
Nawaz appreciated the services of Muhammad Khan Junejo for the country and expressed the confidence that the PML-N would achieve a big success in the 2018 elections. Sindh Governor M Zubair, Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif were also present.
