Action against illegal buildings

Action against illegal buildings: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) to take action against illegal construction and to seal different commercial building, which plots are not even in layout plan. RDA spokesman Hafiz Irfan while talking to ‘The News’ said Rawalpindi Development Authority to take legal action against the commercial building which are not following the building laws and are on illegal plots. He said RDA to take action against a multi-story commercial building which is situated in Moza Khotha Kalan, as the building is totally illegal and even its plot is not in layout plan.   Whereas the owner is claiming that building is on legal plot and they haven’t done anything illegal. The multi-story commercial building is offering place for offices and flats.
