Dasti to contest elections against Nawaz
LAHORE: Jamshed Dasti has announced pitching himself against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from Lahore in the next general elections.
Talking to the media during his visit to Mansoora, the MNA from Muzaffargarh alleged that the rulers finding no way out to save their skin from the Panamascam issued orders of torture against him in the prison. He said he was punished for chanting the slogan of Go Nawaz Go in the National Assembly and rejected the budget for which he was imprisoned and tortured during captivity.Dasti alleged that the rulers leaked national secrets through the Dawn Leaks. He demanded accountability of all the parliamentarians who hid their true assets and stated the country was facing a financial crisis.He thanked the JI leader for raising voice against the torture done on him in jail.
