PAKPATTAN: Four people were injured in separate incidents here on Wednesday.
Muhammad Rafique was on his way when accused Akram allegedly shot at and injured him over enmity near Chak Samlot. Muhammad Khalid of Mohallah Muzaffarabad and his son Haider Ali were on their way home when five accused including Ahsan allegedly injured them over enmity. Ali Imran was on his way when eight accused including Muhammad Awais allegedly injured him over a minor issue. Police have registered cases.
VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: Three theft incidents were reported here on Wednesday.
Four thieves broke into the shop of Muhammad Mushtaq at Chuggi Sheikh Jamal and stole cash and other valuables. Four thieves stole 10 maunds cotton from the field of Abdul Sattar at Chak Mauza Maggar. Thieves took away a Wapda transformer worth Rs 235,000 from Chak Mauza Maggar. Police have registered cases.
WOMAN ABDUCTED: A married woman was abducted from Qaboola Town on Wednesday.
Five accused including Imran allegedly abducted the wife of Javed. Police have registered a case.
MOOT: A meeting of the District Development Committee will be held at the DCO Office on Jan 31.
The DCO will preside over the meeting, said DO Planning Mian Akram. He said that the meeting would discuss various district development programmes and schemes.
